Finishing Church History Trip

This was one of the kids favorite stops.  This was the place that they published the book of Mormon.

The printing press was amazing and very labor intensive.

Kirtland Ohio was was Brody's Bat Bear's favorite spot.  For some reason he became obsessed with this stuffed animal...and he would make the hunger games symbol and noise for every photo.  This temple is  not owned by the church anymore but it has a lot of similarities to the Nauvoo Temple.  It was bigger than I imagined.

Oh, Bat Bear...Syd trying to bug Brody by loving his Bat Bear.

The Neal K. Whitney Store (above) and the Liberty Jail (below)...Brody is acting like it is freezing since it was cold when Joseph was there.

Doing the Hunger Games thing...

Scott's favorite spot...Adam-Ondi-Ahman.

He is looking for where he wants to set up his camp in the future.

This is the Carthage jail...the window that Joseph Smith was shot and fell out of.  It was quiet and a spiritual place of peace.

My favorite stop was Nauvoo...I got my free brick and we rode on a ride with horses named Nephi and Lehi.

The Nauvoo Temple up on a hill...Taylor and Carly's favorite day was inside the temple.
It was a once-in-a-lifetime trip with lifetime friends and our eternal family,
