I can't think of a better bishop as Bishop Rowe. He was loved by all - especially the youth! I am grateful for the time I spent as Stake Young Woman President in associating with him. Enjoy him at home--I'll bet he will be busy real soon!! Thanks again, Bishop Rowe!!
